    Today’s the day, as the world woke up the countdown reached 0 and the news is finally out there. The brand new single from Alien Ant Farm ‘So Cold’ has hit streaming services for us all to hear with a music video to follow soon. Also the news we were all waiting for, A new full length album will drop on April 26th called ‘~mAntras~’ containing 11 songs. The track listing is:

    It’s nearly over, the suspense has been unreal. With one sleep to go we will finally get to hear the first song from Alien Ant Farm’s upcoming album. If you are lucky enough to be already living Friday then you will already know what we are talking about and will be listening to the single on repeat. For the rest of us though we will have to wait patiently…….

    It’s hump day and the week is flying by. It will be Friday before we know it and the world gets to find out what Alien Ant Farm have up their sleeve. Todays video gives us a first taster of what the upcoming album has to offer musically and vocally. It’s short and sweet but god damn it packs a punch, I think fans are definitely in for a treat.

    Another video has been posted by the band showing a number 4 with an audio snippet from their Wham cover ‘Everything She Wants’ which was originally released in 2020. The number 4 also potentially teases new artwork. It is definitely some sort of countdown, What will Friday bring? New single? Album news? Tour Announcement? All we know is that we don’t have to wait long to find out.

    Since Alien Ant Farm played the Whiskey A Go Go last Wednesday the rumour mill has gone into overdrive regarding their new album. But it looks like we won’t have to wait long till we hear something more official. The band have posted a video on their socials in the last hour just showing the number 5 with a snippet of new music. Could it be a countdown? let’s see what tomorrow brings.

  • Whiskey A Go Go Recap

    Alien Ant Farm took to the stage on Wednesday 10th January for their first show of 2024. With excitement brewing and rumours flying around about the upcoming album Mantra, were fans going to hear any new material?

    A jam packed 90 minute set at the legendary Whiskey A Go Go showcased the very best of AAF’s back catalogue including 2 brand new songs ‘So Cold’ and ‘Fade’. Also songs that haven’t been in the setlist for a while made the cut like ‘Stranded’, ‘Pink Tea’, ‘Words’ and ‘Dirty Bomb’. Some of the songs were also Timmy’s first time playing live since he joined the band. The full setlist can be found below:

    It was also said that the new album is slated for an April release. Actual date unknown but will keep you guys posted as new updates are released.

    Alien Ant Farm kick off the year with a bang as they take to the stage at the world famous Whiskey A Go Go next Wednesday on January 10th. With an arsenal of tried and tested hits under their belt to form a stellar setlist there could also be a chance to hear new material live for the first time. For those in the SoCal area, it is definitely a show not to be missed.

    As we enter 2024, a new era of Alien Ant Farm has officially begun. On the morning of 1st January a post from the band was made on Instagram and Facebook. A short video potentially showing new artwork and audio with text saying ‘AS THE YEAR 2023 COMES TO AN END WE ARE STEPS CLOSER TO A NEW ERA OF ALIEN ANT FARM WE WISH YOU ALL A HAPPY NEW YEAR & THE BEST IN 2024’
